We ship the items to the shipping address you specified at the time of the checkout. Please double check to make sure it is correct. 
If an incorrect shipping address is given upon checkout and item(-s) need to be shipped a second time, buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost.

Jacobs Wooden Toys can not be held responsible for any out of our control shipping delays (customs, Canada and USA holidays, weather etc.) once a package has been taken to the post office. We can not be held responsible for lost packages and do not offer refunds for lost packages or stolen packages, or packages held in customs.
If you are concerned about a possible delay, please contact us and we will look into the matter for you to the best of our ability. Thank you.
Please note that the package is not lost, until 30 days after shipping (Canada and the USA).

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING SCHEDULE?
We ship via Canada Post small packet, tracked packet and expedited shipping (most economical options). 
Items are shipped Monday through Friday, because our post office is closed on weekends and Canada Holidays. Any purchases "ready to ship", made on a Friday evening, will ship out on the following Monday. Special orders may take longer to complete and ship. 

Shipping takes approx. 7-10 business days via Canada Post air mail to most locations in the USA (once parcels cross the border, they are in a care of USPS). Times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Business days are Monday to Friday. Customs may open or hold your package without any prior notice.
During Holidays, customs clearance can take 1-2 weeks. Please keep this in mind, when making a purchase during busy Holiday Season. Thank you!

***We can not issue a refund for orders, that do not arrive "on time", due to postal delays. Thank you for your understanding.****

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within one week. 
Items for exchange/return must be in new condition and buyer is responsible for costs to ship item back to Jacobs Wooden Toys.

In the event of refund, value of the items will be refunded upon receiving them back, minus the shipping cost.
US Customers- items for refund need to be returned via USPS and marked as a "return item".
Canadian Customers- items for refund need to be returned via Canada Post.

When the package is unclaimed due to an incorrect shipping address or any other reason, and is returned to us, you can request a refund of the price for the product (minus the shipping costs).
